Penang Trip (16th - 19th)
Haha, after a long month of AWALL, it's time to reupdate this blog. Took me some time to finish my last post of my grandmother. So like the post says, was away in penang for the duration of the 4 days. Overall was fun as it was SUPPOSED to be for me who's going of to the UK's, Eugene Lee's Birthday Celeb' and a well deserved after year 3 Holiday!

So, let the dictation begin!
16th August - Day 1
First day of the trip. Had to wake up like 7 in the morning even though it was the holidays! Had my usual morning ritual of bathing, brushing, freshening up and of course wearing back some clothes before preparing to go out. By 9, all was ready and had my dad to fetch me to 1U Aeroline Station where everyone was waiting. By 10, all was there and we finally ventured off to Penang. Just as luck wants it, we had a minor set back of 45 minutes before the bus actually left. So actual Departure time --> 1045 Hours.
The entire journey there was plainly boring. Every seemes to have just woke up and rather sleep for the 1st hour. SOon after, the inner bus party began! Woon finally couldn't stand the urge and decided to open the deck of playing cards. As the entire gang knows, Chor Dai Dee naturally became the main agenda (Can't believe that Woon playing cards has became a cliche in our class ==" )
So, with Chor Dai Dee as the main entertainment, being served hot beverages and food in the bus, a toilet ready to be used, and the onboard movie that was playing, the 4 hours surely flew by fast =). By 2.30, we finally arrived at our interchange spot, Sg. Nibong Station. Here, we had to wait like for another 30 minutes for our contact, who was supposed to deliver us the car that we have pre-rented. well, from the long wait, I did manage to meet a new friend at the station, a white cat that I called Himiko. (Why I called it so? Because I said so la!) So, with the car finally in our possession, so was FREEDOM for the next 4 days! SO OFF TO THE APARTMENT!!!
The apartment was not too glamourous as one would expect. just a simple and cozy 3 bedroom apartment. Enough space and room for us to party for 4 days long! After unpacking and settling some contract issues regarding the unit, we finally were ready to explore Penang! Firt stop was some place near Prangin Mall where we first tried the famous Cendol located at a side alley. Turns out that this small stall was once visited by the famous PCK Private Limited's very own Phua Chu Kang and his 'voluptcious' wife, Rosie! Well, for the price being RM2 ONLY, and the taste so flavourfull, it surely deserved a 2nd try. Too bad I was saving up space in my tummy for dinner and other delicacies of Penag Island ^^. Next, we just walked around, ventured a bit here and there and some sight seeing before returning back to the apartment for some rest.
For dinner, we just had some simple western styled food. Was cheap and moderately tasty =)

17th August - Day 2
Like you can see in the pic, the living room was filled with gambling addicts the whole night! Let it be in college, at home or even as far away as Penang, we sure must gamble!
PS: When I say we, I meant all of us except me ^^
